2.5 Detaillierter Produktebeschrieb
The scope of supply is: one new wood fired boiler with a total installed capacity of 3,3 MWt for Zulinskogo (Tarnogrodskogo) district and the auxiliary equipment, automation system and SCADA system

The Supplier shall perform the following associated services:
1.Elaboration of boiler house equipment layout design including foundation design and supply of the input data for the local civil designer.
2.Update and finalization of the P&ID diagram as per the equipment supplier in accordance with the technical requirements.
3.Erection of chimney.
4.Installation of the refractories in the furnace and electric filters installation.
5.Direction and supervision of all erection works performed directly by the purchaser. In particular, for the main components of the flue gas treatment, the ash handling and the fuel handling systems, instructed staff of the suppliers shall be present on site, if necessary.
6.Testing and commissioning of the wood fired boiler and auxiliary equipment according to the Requirements stated in the Tender Documents (ref. Vol.II, Section II, para.8).
7.Integration of the control system into the existing SCADA system and testing and commissioning of SCADA system equipment together with the SCADA supplier.
8.Training of the Purchaser's operating staff.
9.Delivery of oil for hydraulic cylinders in the amount sufficient to provide start-up works and boiler commissioning.
The Contract includes equipment and materials delivery, start-up, commissioning and training of the Purchaser's staff.
All the components, which are necessary for providing the required characteristics of the supplied equipment, shall be included within the scope of supply.

3. Bedingungen
3.1 Generelle Teilnahmebedingungen
This invitation for Tenders is open to suppliers that are registered in the official commercial register in Switzerland. Sub-suppliers to Swiss companies may be international, i.e. including Ukrainian companies. However, the companies in the lead, which submit the proposals, must be registered in the Swiss Commercial Register;
-A Swiss Added Value (SAV) of at least 15 % has to be achieved for the whole Contract.
-Procurement procedure will be conducted according to SECO Procurement Guidelines.
3.2 Kautionen / Sicherheiten

3.3 Zahlungsbedingungen
Payment for Goods and services supplied shall be made in the contract currency (CHF) in the following manner:

(i)Twenty (20%) of the Contract Price without VAT shall be paid as advance payment against bank guarantee letter.
(ii)Sixty (60%) of the invoice(s) amount without VAT for the delivered Goods or Services shall be paid after the date of the Delivery Acceptance of the Goods or Services in the Purchaser's warehouse respectively on site.
(iii)Ten (10%) of the invoice(s) amount without VAT, after installation of the delivered Goods.
(iv)Ten (10%) of the invoice(s) amount without VAT, for the delivered Goods and the performed Services shall be paid after the date of signing the Provisional Acceptance minute(s).
