Rest of payment will be made quarterly. Detailed payment conditions will be described in the tender documents.

3.7 Eignungskriterien
aufgrund der nachstehenden Kriterien:
The Tenderer is registered according to the statutory requirements of a respective country.
The Tenderer's total financial turnover from the projects on information and communications technology (ICT) supplies or services during the last 3 (three) years (i.e., 2009, 2010, and 2011) is at least LVL 300,000 (three hundred thousand lats). Should a Tenderer be established on 1 January 2009 or after that date, the above requirement shall apply to the period of actual Tenderer's operations.
The Tenderer has positive feedback on implementing at least 1 (one) similar project:
Similar projects hereunder mean any projects whereby at the date of submitting the application the Tenderer has provided the supply, installation and maintenance of a video conference system with connected video conference end devices and the possibility to ensure a video conference session with at least 6 (six) concurrent participants under a single project, with the project amount exceeding LVL 100,000 (one hundred thousand lats).
The Tenderer has obtained positive customer references on the projects for abovementioned required feedback.
For the purposes of the project, the Tenderer shall provide:
At least 1 (one) specialist having at least 3 (three)-year practical experience and confirmed competence in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video conference systems;
At least 1 (one) specialist having at least 3 (three)-year practical experience and confirmed competence in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Customer's devices;
At least 1 (one) specialist having at least 3 (three)-year practical experience and confirmed competence in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio solutions;
The Tenderer's company has a quality management system conforming to European certification standards implemented and maintained.
3.8 Geforderte Nachweise
aufgrund der nachstehenden Nachweise:
A copy of the certificate of incorporation.
A statement of the Tenderer's total financial turnover from the projects on ICT supplies or services during the last 3 (three) years.
At least 1 (one) customer reference confirming the Tenderer has adequate experience as required above.
The specialists which meet the requirements listed hereof and to be involved in the project implementation shall provide the following:
The specialist's signed certification confirming both project participation and the adequacy of each specialist's competence considering the nature of the works to be performed under the project;
For the specialists meeting the requirements hereof - documents issued by the vendor or its authorised training centre to certify specialist's qualifications;
For the specialists meeting the requirements hereof - documents issued by the vendor or its authorised training centre to certify specialist's qualifications;
For the specialists meeting the requirements hereof - documents issued by the vendor or its authorised training centre to certify specialist's qualifications.
A confirmation that the Tenderer has a quality management system in place as well as a description of the key functioning principles and a set of control measures. For this purpose, the Tenderer may submit a certificate issued by an independent organisation dealing with quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
If the Tenderer is a group of suppliers or intends to involve any subcontractors in the application implementation, the following shall be also submitted:
A document evidencing that the persons on whose capacities the Tenderer relies agree to participate in the project as well as showing the scope of obligations assumed and the division of responsibilities. If the authorisation of a private individual representing suppliers, i.e., persons on whose capacities the Tenderer relies, cannot be found in the database of the Republic of Latvia Enterprise Register, the application shall include a power of attorney to sign such a document;
Information about the portion of the procurement to be implemented by a person on whose capacities the Tenderer relies.
