Due to the special circumstances of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions in place, the Company provides the shareholders the option to participate in the GM via Skype telephone conference-call or iMessage conference call. Those shareholders who choose to participate in the meeting remotely are requested to inform the Company accordingly by email to vote2021@wellsag.ch providing the phone number were they can be reached.
